Before taking on the role of Chairman and CEO, Dr. Duchesne was most recently Chief Science Officer of publicly traded, WeedMD. Prior to that he was sole officer of HemCare Health Services Inc. (formerly Bio-Carbon Solutions International, Inc.). Dr. Duchesne has taught as an adjunct professor at eight universities and has authored 85 peer-reviewed scientific publications. He is also a Founding Director of Autism Canada Foundation. Dr. Duchesne holds a PhD in plant biochemistry/botany from the University of Guelph, an M.Sc. in forest pathology/forest sciences from the University of Toronto, and a B.Sc. in forest ecology/forest engineering from Laval University.

Michael has joined lnstadose Pharma in the role of Vice President Finance. Michael’s previous roles include CFO of Hydropower Technology Ltd. and Vice President of Acquisitions at international Properties Group Ltd., a publicly held real estate corporation. Michael was a key facilitator of large and complex commercial real estate transactions. Over the last 18 years, Michael was responsible for key account relationships for both public and private sector clients. Michael’s role will be to manage all vendor financial plans, budgets, tax structures and sales logistics.

Dr. Macfadden received a B.Sc. in biology from Queen’s University in 1972, a Ph.D from McGill University (Cancer Research Unit) in 1977, and an M.D. from McGill University in 1979. He is the current chairman of the AIDS in-patient subcommittee of the Ontario Ministry of Health Tripartite Committee on Life Support Programmes, and chairman of the AIDS Committee of the University of Toronto, Department of Medicine. Dr. Macfadden is the inventor of five patented technologies, including a method of using Peptide T as an anti-inflammatory agent to manage disease inducing chronic inflammation or chronic immune system activation, a method of using Peptide T and related Peptides in the treatment of HTLV-1 Myelopathy and multiple sclerosis.

Mr. Wiggan brings over 20 years of management, marketing and sales experience to the Company. Prior to joining Instadose Pharma, he was President of Genua 1944, Inc., a company based in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Wiggan spearheaded Genua’s development of a rapid test for Perimenopause and Menopause that detects elevated levels of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (“FSH”) in urine. He supervised the clinical trials and the United States Food & Drug Administration (“FDA”) application process for the Genua menopause test. FDA approval was granted in January 2001, making this test only the third women’s health medical diagnostic device in the past 70 years to be FDA approved for Over-The-Counter (OTC) sale. Mr. Wiggan, lived in Japan from 2001-2003, working as a representative for technology transfer to assist the companies, Nippon-Kayaku, Meiji Seika Group, and Rotho Pharmaceutical. Mr. Wiggan (2004-2007) worked as a financial advisor for Sheikh Mohammed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan with a focus on the utilization of insurance products for the financing of agricultural projects in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The result was the successful financing of a multi-million dollar dairy farm via the United States Export-Import Bank in Abu Dhabi. Africa (2008 - present) - Mr. Wiggan working with Dr. D.K. MacFadden and Mr. Grant Sanders to successfully secure contracts that are notarized by host country and Global Affairs Canada, for Tanzania (20 million hectares), Kenya (12 million hectares) and DRC (3 million hectares) of arable land and Shimoni Port/Kenya Fishing rights (200NM) for 3o years.

Loren is an experienced business lawyer and entrepreneur. As a lawyer, Loren has years of Bay Street legal experience under his belt primarily in the areas of corporate law, corporate finance, and securities law. The bulk of Loren’s legal experience centered around secured lending, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, private equity investments, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure, and corporate governance matters.
As an entrepreneur, Loren successfully founded and sold his first technology start-up to a large media company in July of 2013. To fuel his passion for entrepreneurship, Loren established a Tech Startup Accelerator primarily devoted to the legal and corporate governance needs of early stage technology companies.
Loren has holds both Canadian and U.S. law degrees and is licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario.

Security Defense Operations experience and Engineering experience in machine, equipment, and process design, material handling, and ASME Code vessels in a variety of industries. Support capacities on projects of various size and scope. Knowledgeable of all phases of project work including plant layout, process and instrument diagrams, equipment specifications/bid packages, and scheduling/budgeting. Significant experience in the following industries: Defense, Machinery, and Nuclear (Plutonium, Uranium & Gloveboxes)
